I was stranded on the highway last night, and honestly, it was quite a stressful experience. I’d initially contacted another company who promised to arrive within 30 minutes but took over 50 minutes to turn up. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the job done and still charged me, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
I then contacted Hot Wheels Studio North Hills at around 2:30 in the morning, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. Two lads turned up within 30 minutes, just as they’d promised. They were both really friendly, polite and helpful, and the best part was that they managed to get everything sorted in just 20 minutes.
What I really appreciated was how straightforward and honest they were. They turned up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised and charged exactly what we’d agreed, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
After everything I’d been through that night, it was such a relief to finally have someone turn up and actually get the job done. I can’t thank both of them enough for coming out in the middle of the night and helping me when I really needed it.
Really appreciate your help, lads. You genuinely made a difficult night a lot easier for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest service. Thanks again!😊

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! First time I’ve been to this place and I can say with confidence I will be returning for future work on the car, booked in over WhatsApp, quick replies, straight to the point with pricing etc, asked all the right questions before hand so the job wouldn’t be effected, great service friendly and very welcoming staff who know the ins and outs of the service they are providing, happy customer 5⭐️ all round.
